Elizabeth serves companies, government, and social-sector organizations on a range of strategy and organizational topics, with a particular focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG), future of work, and organizational design.
In the private sector, her work has included the following:
- supporting an energy company as it developed a new talent strategy and skills agenda
- helping a water company design a new organizational blueprint and people strategy
- guiding various mining companies on ESG strategy
In the public and social sector, her work has included the following:
- supporting a major strategic workforce-planning review of a central government department
- aiding in the operating model redesign for a regulator
- assisting the strategic refresh for a charitable foundation
